After analyzing, evaluating, and personally talking with Gold’s Gym personal trainers, I realized how much substance and personal responsibility this job has. I started off thinking it was a relatively simple job with few responsibilities but quickly realized just how much personal responsibility and accountability this job requires. Self development is a must for personal trainers in other words. For instance, a lot of these personal trainer’s clients are people who are recovering from an injury of some kind. They were referred to these trainers from doctors and their specific injuries require a complete knowledge of physiology and how it integrates with exercise. Certain exercises such as squats could easily be harmful to someone recovering from a knee injury whereas they would be very beneficial to someone with healthy knees. Overall the job has a short list of responsibilities and knowledge requirements, however, this list is very comprehensive and in depth. For instance, “5. Ability to understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures,” seems very simple, however, that simple competency can vary from many different circumstances. Safety procedures vary from emergency situations to simply teaching and ensuring proper exercise techniques. Because of these in depth responsibilities that vary so much, it can be inferred the importance of in depth interviewing. Although an interviewee may seem to meet general requirements, does not necessarily mean that the job will be preformed optimally. Self development is obviously a pre cursor to optimal performance.
Also, this job is very customer service related in the fact that if a client does not like the trainer that they are with they will generally not have a good experience with the service. The client/trainer relationship is critical towards the overall success of the business. “Being a successful trainer almost boils down to being a friend to the person that you are training,” says trainer Trisha Green. “Most clients simply want companionship.”

There have been several memorable hurricanes that have recently affected the shores of the United States. Hurricane Katrina is one of the most devastating and most talked about storms that have devastated the gulf coast. On August 29th, 2005, Louisiana real estate took an unforgettable hit with a death toll at approximately 1,800.
Hurricane Rita came only a few weeks after Katrina which caused an estimation of 8 billion dollars in damages. At 119 deaths, it was far less devastating than Katrina; however, it was and is incredibly difficult for the occupants of Texas and Louisiana to still remember.
In 2008, hurricane Ike hit Texas and caused massive amounts of damage. Millions were affected by this storm either because of power loss, loss of electricity, necessity of evacuation and even death. Ike caused a minimum of 30 deaths that were recorded and is remembered as a devastating blow to Galveston Bay even to this day.

Some, on the other hand, put them on to feel sexy and boost their self-esteem. But do men really dig women who wear thongs? It all depends on how it is being worn. If she’s noticeably not comfortable wearing the sexy strings, then she might as well take it off and go with the traditional knickers. Men like women who move flawlessly confident and the thongs are just a bonus to the package. A girl doesn’t necessarily need to look like a model to enjoy wearing some Victoria’s Secret or Lola Luna strings; it all falls down to the attitude and how well she flaunts herself. Surprise, surprise everyone! I have some good news to tell you but before that let’s have a recap what’s happening now to Gossip Girl. I know you have heard this before but ever since season 3 had started to erupt everything about GG has become awkward but there’s a thing that still gluing the buttocks of fans to their seats whenever they are watching it and I guess its because of the beautiful faces of the characters. Much like Blaire. Like I said, Gossip girl should already be finished since last season two when they already graduated but due to insistent public demand, it keeps on going for everyone to enjoy. Design is an important parameter when one considers the beauty of the house. My house has got a beautiful design and it is spacious. It is situated away from the main roads and hence the noise and sound pollution is much lesser. The location where my home is situated is on a downhill. Therefore it is more associated to nature. My house is built in a traditional way with woods and bamboos. This helps us to maintain a cooler atmosphere inside the house. It has got a positive energy in all aspects. All of my Christmases came at one last week when my wife and I won the national lottery and went from rags to riches over night. We have no idea what to do with out new found wealth other than treat ourselves, our friends and our families but for now that will do. Packing in work is the first thing that needs to be done as with the tidy sum of money we received neither of us will ever have to go to a job ever again. I am thinking of going back into education, I want to get myself up to speed with computers and office and the like so I can get myself back into work. Are there any grants and scholarships for single mothers wishing to go to college, uni or night school? Obviously as I have been out of work looking after my daughter I havn’t been working so havn’t got the money to fund my own way through, but as she is now in full time education I need to get out the house and back into the working world. I don’t know about you but I can’t just sit at home on my own all day, it’s sending me loopy with boredom. Plus I am a believer that everyone should earn their own way through life, not just sit on ‘handouts’ for the rest of their lives. I did have to do that once I had a new born on the scene, but I did work up until I gave birth so feel that I had paid enough tax to cover my ‘handouts’.
