Better to Take Action Than to Be Right

Digital Pianos Too many people are afraid of mistakes. They need to take as many precautions as they can before actually taking action. I think that’s just stupid. Let me give you an example. One time, a friend wanted to buy a digital piano. Instead of just getting one, he wasted 4 months researching it. He eventually read some good reviews at this site, but that was just a waste of time.

Hear me out for a second. If I bought a bad digital piano, I wouldn’t care. It’s a lesson that I would learn from. During those 4 months with the bad digital piano, I would have progressed much farther than my friend would have done. Why? That’s because he didn’t even buy one in the first place because he was afraid of getting a bad model. That’s the mistake. He did not take action until months later.

In my opinion, it’s better to take action tahn to be “right”. You might get a good digital piano but at what cost? Besides, there are almost no bad digital pianos left. If you buy one now, you’re practically guaranteed something decent. I just don’t see the worth in wasting months researching the different models.

Love at First Site

I was never really a person to believe in love at first sight until it actually happened to me. I was sitting in a bar having a few drinks with some friends when the most beautiful girl in the world walked into the door. I know you hear that kind of statement quite a bit, but in this case it was actually true. I had never seen someone before who had caught my eye like that, and I could even feel butterflies in my stomach. Take no mistake, I’m not some guy who lives in his parents basement and has never kissed a girl before I’ve had my fair share of experiences which is why I was absolutely shocked that just looking at this girl had such an effect on me. I don’t know if it was purely a chemical reaction or if it was the universe pushing me towards trying to meet this girl. I was actually nervous about approaching her, but all of my buddies saw that I was interested.

Before I knew it while I was trying to decide how to say hello to this girl, my friends pulled me up on stage to sing a karaoke song. I didn’t even notice that the bar I was in featured karaoke, but I quickly found out that it did. My friends did this because they thought it would be a good way to introduce myself to their girl when the song was over. Of course the challenge was to do my best and singing so that I wouldn’t make a fool of myself. When everything was said and done and got down off the stage after using the singing machine, the girl actually came up to me and complimented me on my voice. I guess my friend’s plan worked pretty well and I took it from there. To this day I will never forget how I felt when I saw this girl and I experienced it each and every time I see her because now she is my wife.
